The Empowered LEVEL UP! program is a progressive personal training program individually customized to help clients build strength, stability, endurance, and confidence through six levels that focus on stability, flexibility, endurance, strength, muscle development, and powerful movement.
This program can be 1:1 Personal Training or Small Group (grab a few friends and do it together). Each Belt Level block has a specific focus lasting between 4 and 8 weeks. All belt level blocks incorporate a schedule that includes Flexibility, Core, Balance, Resistance Training, and Cardio work, specially mixed to reach your unique goals.
