What is the Empowered Level Up Program?
A progressive fitness program that helps clients build strength, stability, endurance, and confidence through six levels that focus on stability, flexibility, endurance, strength, muscle development, and powerful movement.
Is this a Martial Arts Program?
This is NOT a Martial Arts Program. The belt levels are a fun way to progress through this fitness program that includes cardio, flexibility, and strength workouts in a gym (or home gym) setting.
Do I need to be at a partcular fitness level to start?
No. We meet our clients where they are and work from there.
How do I progress?
Progression is designed based on your goals, preferences, and growth within each level.
Is the program personalized?
Yes. Each client gets a program personally designed according to their goals and abilities.
Is nutrition included?
Yes. General nutrition guidelines and credible educational materials are provided.
Where are these trainings held?
Portland Metro Area 1:1 and Small Group Personal Training (group discount available); online options are also available.
Is a gym membership required?
Gym Memberships are recommended (we recommend Snap Fitness Lake Oswego and Snap Fitness Bethany), but we can personalize your program to work from home.
What is the program like?
1. You will start with a health assessment (and get medical clearance to work out if needed), followed by a fitnes as assessment that will show us the baseline of where you're at for strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.
2. You will start tracking your consumption (food, drinks, water), sleep, and activity (steps, workouts, etc).
3. You will meet with your trainer in person or online 2-4 times per week, depending on your schedule and needs.
4. You'll progress through each level according to your goals and preferences.
